The UI isn't great. I wish it were easier to view key metrics or build my own custom dashboards on the Jacquard UI. I also wish I had visibility into how Jacquard calculates its insights, because I always question the authenticity of the insights as there are more than a handful of counterexamples in our Jacquard experiments. I wish I could right click a link on the Jacquard website to open in a new tab. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
