What do you like best about iX HMI?

The most important feature in the HMI is its Recipe Management, Audit Trail, and Security features. Because it is very easy to use in any pharmaceutical project with 21 CFR part 11 compliance. And its Audit Trail and Alarm Server are also good. Screen graphics and any symbols you can import from other sources. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iX HMI?

In Beijer iX HMI, the most disliked feature is offline data reporting because it is a very lengthy process to record the data offline and after completing the process. Sometimes the report will generate, or sometimes not, and it is very hard to identify which side the issue occurred in offline reporting. So more improvement is required in offline reporting and report formatting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is iX HMI solving and how is that benefiting you?

Beijer Electronics iX software is very easy and user-friendly. I am using all iX software versions (iX developer 2.30, 2.40 SP2, and 2.40 SP5) in my company, and all software are very user-friendly. However, there is one issue: its HMI program backup file is very large. The average backup size is around 30 to 40 MB minimum, so it needs improvement. Additionally, any HMI on-site and needing to download the program into the HMI is very easy using a USB pendrive because iX HMI supports downloading the backup through USB.
