What do you like best about IWS?

That the administration pane is so easy to grasp. I mean, documentation is good but most of us gave it a try without reading the documentation and were able to do several things Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IWS?

Maybe there are not that many customization options, but apart from that all good Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering IWS:

It is easy to ramp up, but be wise and check for the documentation, as you will get the most of it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is IWS solving and how is that benefiting you?

We basically had a big mess in regards to the credit cards rewards that we have stored in our main warehouse, so this helped us to keep a clean inventory a t hand Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
