**What do you like best about IVY Pay?**

IVY pay allows therapists to accept payment for services easily at the push of a button. It stores the card info and allows the client to change card information quickly and easily.

**What do you dislike about IVY Pay?**

There is no feature that allows me to label a payment as "balance due". It only categorizes payments based on per session, per date, and time. Some of my clients are on payment plans and need to pay for past-due balances in lump sums.

**What problems is IVY Pay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

IVY pay is an easy way for me to charge clients for services at the touch of a button. Once they have entered their card information, it stores it for future use and I do not have access to their information.
