What do you like best about Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management?

You can manage anything and everything from anywhere. Discovery works exceptionally well; this platform has an automation platform, and the listeners/research section is second to none. Nobody else gives you more development attention than Ivanti! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management?

There is no automation/workflow to automate the assigning of policies to endpoints at this time. If you don't have a starting point for distribution getting your agents out can be hard unless you understand their process. SWD is still in development and so is imaging. I wish that Ivanti would pull in Mobile Iron and lump it all together like they had it with EPM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed to be able to manage our environments and connect with other tools we had. This was extremely important as we needed to start utilizing AI/ML to shift work left. We did this with bots utilizing the healing and actions ability. We are also able to create one-click fixes while tracking the end-user experience across the different business units. Ultimately we needed to migrate off of an On-Premise solution that had discovery, inventory, RC and the like and for the most part we were able to do that and more.
