What do you like best about itris?

Great user interface and user experience. Really easy to use and some very cool features. The community hub is great and has really improved communication with my team whilst working from home. The CV Marketing area is also really easy to use with various options for mass mail merges and warnings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about itris?

We were early adopters of itris 9 and it did lack features at the start. This has however improved dramatically in a very short space of time. They have a suggestions button and I have seen things I have suggested added which is great. They seem really open to making the system suit individual users. Recommendations to others considering itris:

Get early access to the itris 9 knowledge base. It has loads of free training content and really helped me and my team understand the best way to use the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is itris solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have been able to manage my desk a lot more effectively and now have real time stats to work from in the dashboard and various reports. CV marketing has been vastly improved, as has the applicant, company, contact, job and placement records.
