it offers a good range of features for the cost, especially compared with many of the larger incident management and on-call platforms. It makes it easier to scale the platform with the team without the cost becoming a major concern. What problems is ITOC360 solving and how is that benefiting you?

Itoc360 makes our incident response more organized and helps reduce the time spent manually checking alerts, finding the right person, and escalating issues. The integrations and flexible pricing are also beneficial because we can keep our existing setup while getting a more centralized incident response process without adding unnecessary costs.
