What do you like best about Issue Templates Agent for Jira?

We can create Issue template using Issue templates agent which can be used to create multiple issues in less time. This can save a lot of time which we use to create issues for the project and the efficiency also increases. This can be integrated with Jira and the same template can be used in multiple projects. What do you dislike about Issue Templates Agent for Jira?

If we have created multiple templates in a project then it is time consuming to select the template which raising the Jira ticket and issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Issue Templates Agent for Jira solving and how is that benefiting you?

In the existing project, we are providing financial services to the Big-3 consulting firm so the users from consulting firms raise tickets based on the issue they found in the system. So they just call on the service desk to raise a ticket on their behalf so we have integrated Issue template for Jira at helpdesk end now it's easier and less time-consuming task to raise an issue/ticket because they are using pre-created templates to raise a ticket.
