What do you like best about iSpring Suite?

iSpring Suite is easy to use and offers multiple options of characters and voices, so you can really build a story for an LMS course.

I found the implementation user friendly. There are multiple recordings that are quite helpful. I've gone back to reference parts of them on occasion.

Customer Support responds in a timely manner and provides the steps that need to be taken if indicated.

I use iSpring multiple times a year as I'm building courses. Sometimes it's hard to decide a direction because I want to play with everything. Integrating iSpring was not difficult due to support and their own instructional courses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?

I wish they would put Closed Captions on their courses and presentations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

I've been able to make the courses more interesting. I particularly like the Role Play feature; you can have a lot of fun with that. The benefit is the courses are more engaging and keeps the audience interested. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
