What do you like best about isolved?

I find isolved very intuitive and simple to use, which makes a significant difference. Their customer service is very good, always providing assistance when needed. The payroll processing feature is extremely easy, allowing our employees to have information about their accounts right at their fingertips, which is very helpful for them. Before using isolved, payroll and tax preparation was a time-consuming manual process, but now it's just a matter of reviewing time cards, a couple of clicks, and payroll is submitted. Legal documents are also submitted for tax purposes, and direct deposits are handled efficiently. What used to take me about five hours now only takes around thirty minutes. This change has modernized our company, and the steps isolved has taken have truly helped our team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about isolved?

Their search engine could be maybe a little bit better. I find that sometimes looking for a report and using the search bar isn't as helpful as I'd like it to be. I usually have to call customer service if I can't find it. It might be helpful to have some AI capabilities where you could ask questions to speed up the search process.
