What do you dislike about ISG Enterprise Energy Solutions?

My only dislike is not relevant to ISG but the contract process in general. It is an annoyance that the markets fluctuate so quickly. When we reach out for approval of the contracts, there are times the pricing would have changed the very next day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
