Ironclad is the most customizable option for out-of-the-box contract management systems. I love working with the Ironclad team - they take product feedback seriously and help find creative solutions for issues our users may be experiencing. They are great at communicating and treat their customers very well! Additionally, the Ironclad Community is the place to be! The improvement that would make the most difference for my team would be the ability to re-capture the fields in the form when a contract is uploaded to a workflow. Currently, if you download, make changes to a contract, and then re-upload to Ironclad, you have to manually edit the form fields for them to be correct. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Ironclad solving and how is that benefiting you? We now have one central location to create, track, and store our contract documents. Prior to Ironclad, we were working out of several different systems that did not talk to each other. Our contract creation and negotiation process is now much faster, and it has eliminated a lot of human error.
