"I love Ironclad"

What do you like best about Ironclad?

Ironclad has enabled the processes that Legal has established to get us out of the way of Sales. Because of its integration with SFDC and CPQ, there was very little change management to implement Ironclad, and once we did, the benefits to our AEs heavily outweighed any tradeoffs that Sales had to make to use Ironclad to generate Order Forms. Because of how easy Ironclad is to use on the Legal side, we've been able to automate a lot of simple, high-volume work and free up the time for commercial counsel to prioritize high-value, high complexity, higher risk deals. What do you dislike about Ironclad?

Some of the limitations of the repository make for more manual work in reporting (what I want is for the tool to read my mind). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ironclad solving and how is that benefiting you?

Problems solved: getting Legal out of the way of 80% of Sales deals, speeding the time it takes for Sales to close deals.
