What do you like best about Iron Mountain InSight Intelligent Document Processing (IDP)?

What impresses me most about Iron Mountain InSight IDP is how effortlessly it moves beyond traditional, template-heavy OCR. Because it uses context-aware AI rather than rigid layout rules, it extracts data from unstructured documents, multi-page tables, and even handwritten forms with high accuracy on the first pass. The UI is practical and user-friendly. The low-code workflow designer makes it easy to set up routing, and the side-by-side Human-in-the-Loop interface keeps exception handling quick for operators. On the backend, pre-built APIs pushed verified data straight into our existing systems without requiring custom middleware.Implementation support was solid, helping us configure our taxonomy from day one. Additionally, self-service onboarding resources could be improved—a deeper library of video tutorials, pre-built taxonomy templates, and self-guided troubleshooting would help teams scale without needing professional services for every adjustment. Finally, clearer dashboard alerts for volume-based pricing consumption and AI confidence-threshold auto-tuning would make day-to-day administration much more seamless Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
