What do you like best about Iron Mountain InSight Intelligent Document Processing (IDP)?

IDP has many features which automate repetitive tasks, but do so precisely. The extraction and classification features with IDP mean that documents do not require manual data entry, making IDP capable of handling large and complex document processing and organization. What do you dislike about Iron Mountain InSight Intelligent Document Processing (IDP)?

There is one feature which could be improved – configuration and flexibility of setting up advanced document processing workflows. Although the system performs satisfactorily in the case of common scenarios, more complicated workflows may need extra configuration and effort on the part of users. In our organization before implementing the Iron Mountain InSight Intelligent Document Processing, we had to depend mostly on manual document processing, which took lots of time and was often associated with mistakes in entering the data.
