What do you like best about iReportSource?

Some of the features I like are the ability to create training materials and test to document knowledge. They are tailored to my specific needs. It makes it simple to track training and safety audit performed. The weekly reports that can be generated enable me to share the metrics of our safety performance at a glance. What do you dislike about iReportSource?

At first, we got off to a slow start because we weren’t familiar with all the available benefits or how to navigate the app. The app initial was not "exactly" what we wanted. We discovered that reaching out to their team for support was the solution. They were able to refine the app to better fit our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is iReportSource solving and how is that benefiting you?

We previously relied on paper audit forms to capture safety concerns at our work sites. Those forms were turned in weekly, and the findings then had to be entered manually. As a result, the information was often several weeks old by the time we received and reviewed it. After switching to I-Report, we can access the information in “real time,” which has helped us respond to leading indicators before a problem arises. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
