IRCCloud's best aspect is that it modernises the traditional IRC experience. Their biggest advantage is that it helps us to keep connected to IRC channels, even when the users are offline. Hence, conversations won't be missed. Also, I like their clean interface, and it has a reliable message history; it also has the ability to access the chat seamlessly. This platform is still tied to IRC; sometimes, this platform can also feel a bit outdated compared to other modern collaboration tools. This UI design is though functional, it needs more polishing. Their integration and advanced collaboration features are a bit minimal. This is not project management ot business workflows focused, this all-in-all solution feels bit limited.
