What do you like best about iRankr?

We like its ease of use. Also the ability to fetch applicants resumes directly from email and rank them against the JD is immensely useful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iRankr?

There is no feature to bulk email the candidates. I think this feature would help us increase our efficiency further. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is iRankr solving and how is that benefiting you?

iRankr has solved one of the biggest challenges in my recruiting process. Earlier, every job posting would bring in hundreds of applications, and I had to manually review each resume, many of which were irrelevant or unqualified.

With iRankr, every resume is automatically evaluated using detailed scoring metrics, helping me quickly identify the most suitable candidates. It has significantly reduced the time and effort involved while improving the quality of shortlisting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
