What's kept us using Generative Search Measurement for over a year is the measurement discipline behind it. A lot of "AI visibility" tools just throw a score at you and expect you to trust it blindly. This one gives you a confidence interval with every score: land within it, and we trust the number; land outside it, and we know something real changed and go find out why.
This product has also given us a verified baseline to work from. That sounds basic, but it wasn't something we had before: a grounded starting point we can measure every content change against, rather than guessing whether an update helped or hurt our visibility in AI answer engines.
On integrations, IQRush built out Google Analytics reports for us, so we could measure our own website traffic directly rather than treating their platform and our analytics as two separate systems.
On performance, their team went further than the dashboard: they delivered in-depth analysis connecting our content changes to real traffic improvements, across both LLMs and Google search. Since January 2026, direct traffic to our website is up significantly — active users up 30% and new users up 38% compared to the same period the year before — and having IQRush's analysis tying that back to specific content and measurement decisions, instead of just a moving score, is what made the improvement actionable.
Onboarding wasn't self-serve either. IQRush brought in a team to walk us through the platform, how to interpret the results, and a repeatable process for improving our rankings and traffic — a process we still lean on today.
On the practical side, IQRush has been central to how we approached LLMs.txt development and deployment, and to shaping the broader content strategy around it. It's not just a scorecard; it's actively informed what we build and publish. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Honestly, it's hard to point to much about the platform itself. This category is so new that most of the friction we've run into hasn't been with IQRush — it's been on our end, adapting our own website to how LLMs actually read and rank sites, which is a different problem than traditional SEO. For example, our team had a hard time deploying our LLMs.txt file at first; we simply weren't up to speed on what it required. IQRush stepped in to explain what was needed and why it was critical for us to implement, which got us unstuck. IQRush has also scaled up quickly to keep pace with the space, and we saw some early growing pains as a result, but nothing that held us back for long. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
