It has been a while since I have signed up for ipstack but if I remember correctly, the process was extremely simple and easy. The API is extremely easy to implement into my projects. I primarily use it to geolocate users on contact forms so I do not have to ask additional questions. It is incredibly easy to use by simply passing along the IP address and your API Key and in most cases, it will return a JSON response. On occasion, it has taken longer than usual to return a response. I mostly have regarded this as heavy traffic to the server. There has also been some rare instances where the incorrect city would be returned during testing. for example my IP address would occasionally show a larger nearby city compared to where I am actually at.
