I like the claims-first graph search feature in IPRally because it achieves highly accurate results. I also appreciate the way it generates prototype claims from invention disclosures, making it easy to identify key features rapidly. The new novelty agent is especially helpful in this regard. I can upload a picture, type a quick description, or provide a transcript or invention disclosure, and IPRally generates prototype claims which I can then edit to focus the search on key features. This makes the search more accurate and helps sharpen focus on patentable claims from the very beginning. Additionally, there is no setup required, which is a plus. It's a little pricey when you add the novelty agent and classification, and the new intelligence module is probably going to add more cost. It also doesn't currently integrate with any IPMS but they have an API so I plan to integrate it. Oh, the other minor nitpick is that IPRally doesn't do NPL or design patents.
