"Excellent Support and Reliable Fraud Checks That Prevent Bot Traffic"

What do you like best about IPQS?

The only reason I even somewhat care about using ipqs is because of the quality of support from Shabtay and his team. The tool simply checks IP addresses and emails for fraud and it works well. Having all the fraud checks in one place keeps me from having to open 50 different windows and when a Proxy Score appears to be suspicious, I can quickly contact the Support Team and he responds. What do you dislike about IPQS?

The Dashboard looks like it was made in 2002. Loading the Data in order to receive an immediate response takes far too long. They place restrictions on the amount of Data that may be exported at one time. Exporting the Publisher Data in Bulk is a huge hassle. I have to complete a Security Check each Time I sign into the Login Screen. Staring at multiple computer screens throughout my day causes eye fatigue and I am extremely frustrated with being forced to prove I am a human being each Morning. Creating Custom Fraud Rules seems to be very difficult. Generally, I will provide up the fight to create these and ask my Account Manager to handle them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is IPQS solving and how is that benefiting you?

In the past, we had to manually verify whether an Email Address was valid or if an IP address was Safe. With ipqs, a Score from 0-100 is assigned to all users. We immediately determine if they are trash or not. We prevent the Bad Traffic from reaching us, thus saving us money wasted on false Clicks. I don't spend all evening looking through Excel attempting to locate the Bots. ipqs does all the checks for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
