The native integration of iPPM PMO with MS Project was crucial for the transition after the end of PWA. The platform consolidates complex schedules, which is decisive during implementation and report management for both our Incubator and the Alvo Serra Innovation Park.
It allows for accountability and automated dashboards, as well as report templates in just a few clicks.
Besides centralizing governance and eliminating scattered data, an immediate benefit was the transparency in communication with stakeholders. This elevated our maturity, moving us from purely operational work to a much more strategic stance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What sometimes complicates things is not a failure of the platform itself, but our reality of public administration. In managing projects for the Incubator and Alvo Serra Park, we encounter many budgetary limitations and a complex and constantly changing legislation for accountability. This requires formats that the tool, although very flexible, needs to be configured to meet. This demands some effort from the project management team.
The software itself is robust and delivers what it promises, but reconciling the tool's dynamics with the rigid bureaucracy and financial constraints of the public sector is always a challenge for our team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
