**What do you like best about iPost Enterprise?**

Our non-profit organization has relied on iPost Enterprise for seven years, during which we've deployed over 140 million emails. Throughout this time, the platform has delivered consistent service, robust reporting, helpful automations, and ongoing improvements to its drag-and-drop interface. I find it straightforward to use daily, and it's easy to set up. The custom data tables work seamlessly with our fairly complex data hub. The support team is excellent, always responding promptly to our inquiries. Service has been smooth and dependable. Additionally, iPost has integrated with Digeoh to help us acquire new subscribers and partnered with Webbula for list clean-up and validation. Their assistance with journey automations and reporting has been invaluable. I am very pleased to continue our partnership with them.

**What do you dislike about iPost Enterprise?**

It would be helpful if the full reporting data covered a longer period, rather than just a few years. However, we've managed to make good use of the available data for our metrics. The SMS features are quite basic, and the MMS service has not proven to be very reliable.

**What problems is iPost Enterprise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We plan to use Webbula list hygiene again in 2026, as it helps us reduce unnecessary deployments and eliminates inactive subscribers, positively impacting our budget. Additionally, iPost will assist us in streamlining our automated member journeys, ensuring our members stay informed about their benefits.

**What do you like best about iPost Enterprise?**

iPost Enterprise is incredibly user friendly and easy to navigate. I've worked with a few different CMS platforms in my career, and iPost has remained one of the most stable and trustworthy ones in my experience. The support team is also superb, and is quick to jump in when we need guidance or help with any elements beyond our area of expertise. We often have ideas that we're unsure if it extends beyond the capabilities of the platform, but the team and the system have always been able to get done! The reporting they provide is also top notch and has been very valuable in optimizing and getting the most out of our email sends.

**What do you dislike about iPost Enterprise?**

Some features do not save changes in the most intuitive way — for instance, choosing between "continue" vs "save" buttons. However, this has not been a problem, as the system remains extremely user-friendly and my overall experience has not been negatively affected.

**What problems is iPost Enterprise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iPost Enterprise manages all of our email templates, builds, and send lists. It also allows us to set up automations, enabling us to deliver complex journey emails to our subscribers and members without the need for daily manual sends.

**What do you like best about iPost Enterprise?**

iPost Enterprise is a user-friendly product. Users can easily create design layouts and switch between different views to ensure emails render correctly on both desktop and mobile devices. Features such as snippets and dynamic content allow for you to build a single email that displays specific creative elements based on targeted data points, which saves time in both designing and sending campaigns. The iPost team is very responsive and always willing to assist. During onboarding, we had weekly meetings that were essential for both learning the product and establishing a good working relationship with the team. The iPost staff are genuinely interested in working with us and making sure our experience with their product is smooth. They have even taken our feature suggestions and have quickly implemented them into development and then into production,. This has   enhanced our user experience and will benefit other users.

**What do you dislike about iPost Enterprise?**

There is a limitation in Subject Line testing; unable to do a true 50/50 split. The only way to achieve that is by sending 2 separate emails.

**What problems is iPost Enterprise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iPost uses account id as the primary key instead of email address like other products. Also, allowing the use of offer matrices.

**What do you like best about iPost Enterprise?**

I am impressed by iPost Enterprise’s ability to offer unique customization options for each client, which significantly enhances our workflow. I can customize the platform for different clients, allowing us to create a personalized setup that efficiently pulls content and integrates it into emails. The What You See Is What You Get (WYSIWYG) builder is a fantastic tool, offering an intuitive and user-friendly interface to build and design emails effortlessly. Additionally, the snippets feature is incredibly useful for streamlining repetitive tasks and improving efficiency. The customer support team is fantastic, always ready to assist with any issues and offer prompt solutions. I also appreciate the chat function in the account, which is great for quickly addressing questions and concerns. Switching to iPost Enterprise from Mapp Empower was a fantastic upgrade, and the transition was fairly straightforward. Overall, these features combined make iPost Enterprise a valuable tool for our email agency production.

**What do you dislike about iPost Enterprise?**

I find the reporting and speed of the system in iPost Enterprise to be lacking. The reporting features do not meet my expectations, perhaps due to insufficient detail or difficulty in accessing the desired data quickly. Additionally, the system's speed could be improved, as it sometimes hinders my efficiency and productivity.

I use iPost Enterprise for email agency production, with unique customization and great organization. Its WYSIWYG builder and customer support are fantastic, allowing customized client setups and quick content integration.

I love how iPost Enterprise allows us to make our emails dynamic, which significantly saves time and resources. The flexibility to create dynamic emails based on player data, such as Card Tier levels or other demographics, without manually crafting multiple email versions, is incredibly efficient. This capability is empowered by iPost Enterprise's own markup language that facilitates displaying player-specific data or offers drawn from the Konami API. This dynamic approach not only enhances the relevance of our communications but also streamlines our workflow substantially. Additionally, I appreciate the support offered during the initial setup phase. There is a learning curve, but their tech support team was consistently available to guide us through the process, making the adaptation to their system smoother and more manageable. iPost has been a powerful tool for template creation and automation, in addition to providing built in reporting and testing features (both A/B and MVT) in addition to journey flow creation. It allows for drag-drop content creation and dynamic content rendering, though also allows for fine-tuned customization via HTML and javascript options.

**What do you dislike about iPost Enterprise?**

The documentation is a bit unclear at times, and sometimes functionalities glitch and become unable to use for a time. Support usually helps clarify or fix these issues, however.

**What problems is iPost Enterprise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're able to create templates, dynamic content and process automations quite seamlessly using iPost, which works well for our business' purposes and unique requirements.

iPost has a ton of flexible options that make building & deployment a smooth process. Our support team is always ready to assist if we need anything. It's great working with them.

**What do you dislike about iPost Enterprise?**

I think there's always room for improvement. There is sometimes a lag between the speed at which I work and the site. It would be awesome if the search functions could be refined a touch more so we don't have to be so exacting. As a user, it would also be great for me to learn more about the system myself to make the most of it!

**What problems is iPost Enterprise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The automation and data tables are great once you understand how they work. We use a lot of dynamic content, so it's great that we can utilize that for our specific target audiences.

**What do you like best about iPost Enterprise?**

So the platform is kinda easy to use, and the drag-and-drop email thingy is pretty neat. The automation stuff works, like, it sends emails on its own, which is cool. Also, my emails don’t just disappear, and the reports show useful stats… I think?

**What do you dislike about iPost Enterprise?**

so like, it doesn’t really connect with a lot of other apps, which is kinda annoying. And, uh, if you need help, support takes a while, so you just kinda sit there waiting. Oh, and the pricing? Yeah, not the cheapest—feels like it could be a bit, y'know.

**What problems is iPost Enterprise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iPost Enterprise kinda helps with email stuff by, like, making automation not super hard and making sure emails actually get delivered. It saves me time because I don’t have to send every email myself, which is nice. The reports show, like, numbers and stuff, so I can sorta figure out what’s working. But, uh, I really wish it connected with more apps and that support didn’t take forever.

**What do you like best about iPost Enterprise?**

Excellent experience from start to finish. They built several custom feature sets that were required to integrate with Salesforce. Our business runs as efficiently as can be! We added Zapier to complete the integration and that could not have gone better. From redesigning our Preference form, integration with our website, to keeping us continuously updated throughout the entire process (training too!) Jessa and Holly are very knowledgeable and professional. I wholeheartedly recommend them, no reservations!!

**What do you dislike about iPost Enterprise?**

Nothing thus far, no complaints, everything works well!!

**Recommendations to others considering iPost Enterprise:**

If you are considering Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Cheetah Digital, Hubspot or Keap I highly suggest you contact iPost for a demo!!

**What problems is iPost Enterprise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We just outgrew Constant Contact, and although it's a very good company, it just was not as robust nor have the features we needed to automate our emails. Using Zapier, iPost will allow us to integrate Salesforce with our website and push notifications. It will be a much, much better user experience for our members.

**What do you like best about iPost Enterprise?**

We have been using iPost for 3+ years and have been consistently impressed with the depth of features, and the responsiveness of the support team. In cases where we have had a genuinely unique need that could not be addressed by competitors, iPost has come through again and again with solutions using their platform, custom development and consulting expertise.

**What do you dislike about iPost Enterprise?**

A few of the most advanced features had a bit steeper learning curve, but they perform admirably once we got the hang of them. The date range options for pulling reports feel a bit limiting at times.

**Recommendations to others considering iPost Enterprise:**

Make full use of their training and support. The team is tremendous and will help you make the most of the platform's capabilities.

**What problems is iPost Enterprise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are deploying 20M+ emails a year with custom reporting and integration needs. Using iPost we have been able to see reporting more quickly that would have taken much longer with other systems. Conversion tracking directly within iPost has been a huge asset for making quicker decisions in a campaign.

The quality of service is excellent and always available on my schedule. The new platform looks to be very good but it has only been a few weeks. The legacy platform was easy and very functional so I expect this will be too.

**What do you like best about iPost Enterprise?**

I really like the analytics and the ease of setting up automations from existing templates. I'm able to add custom fields in emails or data from contacts for analysis later on. The templates are easy to set up and copy, then edit later. The iPost team has been great o work with and help answer questions to meet most of our needs if we can't figure it out ourselves. We are newbies to email marketing so a lot of things automatically setup are good.

**What do you dislike about iPost Enterprise?**

The FTP could improve by removing some steps that didn't work with our system requiring extra verification. It would have made automation very easy and now makes more manual work for iPost to work for larger campaigns.

**Recommendations to others considering iPost Enterprise:**

Setup your opt-out well to begin with (choose colors, font, etc..) . Test an FTP setup for automations from your database (if you want to automate user emails straight from your system).

We are trying to send ad-hoc emails to test groups. iPost allows us to upload specific users and reach them in a way our system doesn't. It gives us flexibility for most of our email needs.

**What do you like best about iPost Enterprise?**

Big fan of how easy everything is to use. The customer support is top notch.  I've had a lot of questions, especially in the beginning, and support was amazing.  They've always had an answer to my questions and always worked very quickly to help resolve any issues I have had (typically because of me!).  Ease of sending promotional emails:  Enter in HTML, can edit title, opt outs, and lists all in one spot.  Can send all emails at once or stagger them out throughout the day.  You can also add an email and schedule it to go out at a later time.  Their templates to build emails work really well too.  We've used that with great success.  I also love that we've been able to schedule our "Welcome" emails.  We have emails uploads on a daily basis and have an email scheduled every morning through iPost to send to the new users.

**What do you dislike about iPost Enterprise?**

I would recommend a little bit better reporting.  Ability to download multiple days of data in one report on the platform would be helpful.  We can receive this via FTP which is great, but in the platform would be amazing!

Worth it!  Easy and great team of support.  They've helped us out a lot.

We enjoy the flexibility of the testing features and the depth of reporting available. Being able to track website conversions directly from our email reports is a huge benefit to our campaign efforts.

**What do you dislike about iPost Enterprise?**

During deployment there is a small delay between the deployment and the initial reporting, but it's a minor item.

**Recommendations to others considering iPost Enterprise:**

While they may be not as well known, they are easily the most collaborative and reliable partner we have had in the email space. IPost is tremendously valuable to our organization, and I'm sure they would be the right choice for many agencies and brands looking to do more with email marketing.

We are using iPost to deploy product renewal campaigns. The testing features have allowed us to improve the efficacy of our campaigns and the conversion reporting has allowed us to better connect creative to ROI.

**What do you like best about iPost Enterprise?**

We extensively use the API interface and have developed a custom framework around it. Although occasionally we do go in through the web interface. I've not had issues with deliverablity that we've seen with other ESP. iPost has a good quality sender reputation so our emails get through.

**What do you dislike about iPost Enterprise?**

Occasionally we've had an issue with emails getting stuck. I suspect that this is because we're using the legacy API interface. Never seen the issue when using the web interface.

**Recommendations to others considering iPost Enterprise:**

It's a pretty good email platform and the support is super knowledgeable.

**What problems is iPost Enterprise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need an ESP for b2b emails that gets the job done. Our email lists are relatively small (a large list for us is 30,000 names) so deliverablity is really important.

We've not had a major issue in 10+ years so we're happy.

**What do you like best about iPost Enterprise?**

The UX platform is simple, easy-to-use, and contains all the information you need on one dashboard.  I transitioned from a different platform which required some HTML coding knowledge, this one required very little, if any at all.

...and with the stuff I didn't know, the support team helped fill in the knowledge gaps.

**What do you dislike about iPost Enterprise?**

The one thing I dislike about the dashboard is that I need to shrink my screen size by 20% to fit it to my screen. It makes for text that's hard to read at times, especially when screen sharing with others while working remotely.

**Recommendations to others considering iPost Enterprise:**

Trust the experts at iPost. They know what they're doing, and they get things done. If you're transitioning from a different platform, lean heavily on their expertise on this system to help you navigate the process, even when it feels like they might be "upselling" you on additional (billable) technical services.

**What problems is iPost Enterprise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Content marketing & product marketing are the core of our business, and iPost Enterprise helps our small team of marketers design and create content, as well as update our database with ease. The greatest benefit has been the support team which provides white glove treatment to us when we need it.

**What do you like best about iPost Enterprise?**

iPost is a great email service platform for sending out branded messages to subscribers. Creating different tables users fall into based on consumer activities is a great way for us to segment our guests and deliver them the emails they would like to receive. I love how organized iPost is and how I can sort the media library and create folders across the platform for campaigns.

**What do you dislike about iPost Enterprise?**

iPost is looking into new features all the time but sometimes I run into errors when building emails, creating new segments. The email builder could be a bit more robust.

**What problems is iPost Enterprise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iPost helps problem solve what emails users should be receiving. The segmenting piece plays a vital role on how we learn about our guests. The data table tool is very useful, and for we love that we can segment via zip code and tons of other options.

I like the organization and reports. Its nice to be able to file HTML Emails in folders to keep everything organized, as well as checking the reports on what was sent out and received.

**What do you dislike about iPost Enterprise?**

Figuring out how to make list is hard, but our database team handles that for us.

**Recommendations to others considering iPost Enterprise:**

It is a great software to use. It may seem a little different than what you're used to if you have never used it and/or are switching from a different platform.

**What problems is iPost Enterprise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sometimes emails take awhile to send out to thousands. But calling our contact at I-Post helps with any issue. The benefit of this is that we are able to see how many people have received the email (Free Play), and know that it is reaching our guest. This drives most of our business it is very important.

**What do you like best about iPost Enterprise?**

The ability to easily create email templates and manage them. within my current position it requires constant testing of outreach emails, iPosts' interface as well as tracking makes this creation easy and simple to use.

**What do you dislike about iPost Enterprise?**

FTP was a major difficulty for us. Our system randomizes CSV file name generation and we could not use the FTP functionality as it had to be named exactly the same. The use of wildcards was somewhat useful here but the issue could not be solved.

iPost Enterprise has an incredibly supportive staff that was very responsive to issues we were experiencing.

**What do you dislike about iPost Enterprise?**

Unfortunately, we have not been able to continue using the platform do to a DNS issue that was never able to be resolved.

**Recommendations to others considering iPost Enterprise:**

It is not as simple as click and drop if that is what you are previously used to. With time I believe this could be a very viable product. It definitely had a lot of additional functions that seemed very appealing for future use. Unfortunately we were not able to get that far.

**What problems is iPost Enterprise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were trying to solve the DNS issue, but to no avail. This has resulted in not being able to continue with the platform.

The platform allows you to bring in relational tables and query/segment/campaign off of them. This allows iPost to do much more than just an ESP -- it can act as a CRM and data mining tool, too.

**What do you dislike about iPost Enterprise?**

It's not always the easiest platform to use and some of the Automation features aren't clear how they're going to work upfront, but, their support team can guide you through any of it.

**Recommendations to others considering iPost Enterprise:**

Purchase some time with their techs to help implement custom queries and complicated automations. Their help is very valuable to getting the most out of the platform.

**What problems is iPost Enterprise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to bring in complicated, detailed transactional data. All-in-one place to query data for reporting and campaigns.

Flexibility - Being able to set up our account according to our needs and have frontend user access. Most everything is straightforward and pretty easy to set up... and if there is anything we're not sure on the iPost team is willing to help or guide us. Lastly, they are constantly asking for feedback and evolving the software to keep current.

**What do you dislike about iPost Enterprise?**

There could be more robust builtin reporting functionalities/options available, especially for multi-client companies. The dynamic/behavior-based content section could use some upgrading to be a little more user friendly. And on occasion, it can take a bit more time to complete project builds or troubleshoot issues.

**Recommendations to others considering iPost Enterprise:**

iPost offers some great flexibility and functionality options. While it's not perfect their team is there with you every step of the way and will work with you to ensure your business needs are being met.

Extensive mail volume, advanced segmentation, and being able to self-serve set up of tables/queries etc.

Designing and setting up emails is very intuitive and easy to do.

There isn't an easy way to integrate email collection (yet, although I heard it was in development). Yay!

IPost is super easy to use, but gets the complex job done.

Pulling reports can sometimes be a little slow.

Reliability and Trust.  A client of ours had it's business disrupted twice when a big name ESP suspended their account due to a complaint (guilty until proven innocent), whereas they've had no issues with IPost (IF there's every a challenge, they'll give you time to resolve it without disrupting your business)..
