What do you like best about iplicit?

It’s easy to use and navigate, and I can drill down from a high-level view to individual transactions in seconds. The API is very strong, so it can be connected with other systems. Overall, it offers a very good balance of functionality and pricing for medium-sized businesses. Implementation took longer than expected but mainly because we built 2 customs integrations to our existing systems. However, it was on budget and everything has been working really well from the go live date. I am excited to see Iplicit adding more AI into their systems (through AI insights for example). What do you dislike about iplicit?

Iplicit support is not always the most responsive. And the current reporting suite is clunky. You do need support involved for most custom reporting. Curious to see if AI insights (currently in beta) will improve on this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is iplicit solving and how is that benefiting you?

Automations and trackability, along with custom integrations with our other systems, mean that information flows through to accounting, which makes audits much easier. The free auditor license is also a very useful tool: auditors get read-only access to the data, so there’s less manual extraction and manipulation needed. I also love the unlimited number of attributes; it gives you the flexibility you need for reporting at the level of granularity you want. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
