What do you like best about iPass?

I use iPass for verifying the identities of merchants, and I appreciate that it works seamlessly across different countries and document types. iPass has standardized and automated our identity verification, cutting down on manual intervention and boosting onboarding efficiency. The most valuable aspect for me is the global coverage and consistency of the verification results, which provides clear outcomes regardless of a merchant's location. It has significantly strengthened our onboarding processes, allowing us to balance compliance with user experience. The setup was also relatively straightforward. What do you dislike about iPass?
