What do you like best about IOpipe?

When running serverless workloads in production, the ability to view the health of running functions, in real time, becomes critical. But that alone is not enough. The need for monitoring (alerts) and the power to query across function invocations looking for key metrics becomes an essential capability.

IOpipe provides all of this and more, delivered in a slick dashboard with simple configuration options. In addition, the level of customer service we’ve experienced from the IOpipe team has been outstanding. The entire team is always readily available on Slack for any questions or issues. What do you dislike about IOpipe?

We’ve been running IOpipe for almost a full year now in production and have not really come across any dislikes with the service. The value-adds seem to keep coming with each new release. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is IOpipe solving and how is that benefiting you?

The Realtime nature of our business requires us to always be in a position to respond quickly to our customers’ needs. The IOpipe platform provides us with the ability to instantly know when the system is having any issues and then provides the additional necessary tooling to dig deeper when needed.
