What do you like best about Ioni?
I really like how Ioni brings the entire food safety system into one platform. Creating and organizing HACCP plans, prerequisite programs, SOPs, and other FSQMS documentation is much easier. The hazard research and quality of the food safety and compliance output have also been very strong. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Ioni?
Some of the AI workflows were not immediately intuitive during the pilot, particularly around document linking and understanding exactly what had been updated. The team was very responsive to feedback and continued improving the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
