What do you like best about Invoiced?

I like the dashboard and how much information it provides you. I'm also a huge fan of the chasing function for collections. It makes our jobs more efficient, allowing us to get more tasks done quicker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Invoiced?

There are sometimes changes to Invoiced that aren't always announced. So, then we have to take the time to reach out to customer support to get an answer. That can take some time depending on the issue. Also, the dispute portion of Invoiced is not very intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Invoiced solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allows us to enable a chasing function with each invoice we send out. Having that function for us makes our jobs so much better. In the past, we would manually send out past-due invoices and collections notifications. Having emails and notification sent out automatically is a game changer.
