I needed to create an invoice for a freelance project, and I didn't need a complicated system. This was quick and did the job. **What do you dislike about Invoice2go from BILL?** Not much to dislike, you get a free trial, so you can ensure it's good for you and try it out. It would be great to have some additional price options. Other than that its a great product. **Recommendations to others considering Invoice2go from BILL:** Super easy to use. **What problems is Invoice2go from BILL solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am a freelance designer, and occasionally I do work. I do not always need an extensive system. This is easy to use. I can add my logo and just put in the info. It's also great for selling other items. It makes things easy and legit. ### 2. I like how it organizes everything perfectly. I love the customization of invoices. I love the PRICE. And I love that it's not Quickbooks. **What do you dislike about Invoice2go from BILL?** I think their app could use some more work, but that's a given considering how new it is, so it doesn't bother me. Honestly, I use the app everyday. Which may be why I notice little glitches. **What problems is Invoice2go from BILL solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm solving the problem of my clients never knowing where to send me my owed money. It clearly shows all my invoices, paid and outstanding, organized by tax year. It has a great user interface. **What do you dislike about Invoice2go from BILL?** I haven't yet experienced anything I dislike about the product. **Recommendations to others considering Invoice2go from BILL:** This is a great, easy to use program for tracking invoices and payments. Works well on mobile devices. Once your clients are added as contacts, sending invoices and receipts takes only a few clicks. **What problems is Invoice2go from BILL solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm able to easily send invoices and track payments from my phone or iPad. When I am out seeing a client I can send the invoice immediately after a session, receive payment and send a receipt, all from my phone. It's only a few clicks! Also organizes all my paid and outstanding invoices by tax year which simplifies things when it comes to tax time. ### 6. There are some options that are not necessary with the lower tiers but I’d have to pay for additional services I don’t need to obtain the level of that includes the service I do want. **Recommendations to others considering Invoice2go from BILL:** The basic package is EXTREMELY BASIC with limited features, yet still costs more than it should. You can’t attach pictures or other features. You can upgrade but the costs don’t seem to always match what you get. **What problems is Invoice2go from BILL solving and how is that benefiting you?** Billing and invoicing are extremely easy. I don’t have to go through multiple applications now to process payments and send the invoice. ### 8. I used it in a small business office to track invoices and customer history. I like that a invoice could be sent from an app to our customers very easily. **What do you dislike about Invoice2go from BILL?** I dislike the search function with Invoice 2 Go. You used to be able to type any aspect of the invoice in and it would bring up similar documents. Now we have to add certain information to the invoices in order to search for them successfully. **What problems is Invoice2go from BILL solving and how is that benefiting you?** Invoice 2 go is used mainly for our customer history and invoicing current customers. As I stated before it is so easy to send invoices out of the office.
