What do you like best about Miro?

We started working Freehand during middle of Covid-19 pandemic, but we are still using this in hybrid model in our company. We tested two major competitors as well (M\*), but simplicity and feature selection were the best with Freehand Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Miro?

There are 2 things that we miss, however we see they are available at competitor solutions - community templates and option to use assets created by other users. And number two - lack of dedicated mobile app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Miro solving and how is that benefiting you?

Freehand enable us, the teams, to replace the physical environment that we get used to work pre-pandemic for efficient digital whiteboard with like-real-life experience Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
