What do you like best about inviol?

The Inviol system offers a wholistic approach to various safety risks in a way which they can be dealt with in a more effective manner to meet business risk management needs.

For my company, Inviol identifies several key known high-risk aspects in the warehouse operations & distribution zone, namely moving powered plant & equipment, forklifts, trucks and pedestrian movements in their relevant exclusion zones.

Inviol captures the key compliance failings into small videos and rates them - High, Medium & Low dependent on your individual settings.

Inviol tracks the results and charts progress of corrective actions and allows management to present this information in the form of toolbox talks to the workers as an aid to reduce the various risk circumstances ongoing. Not only does this improve safety but it also documents corrective actions for company due diligence which is a company directors' legal requirement / obligation.

It is impossible for management to supervise a whole warehouse / complex and manage the level of safety which is required in the modern warehouse & logistics to meet WHS legal requirements.

Inviol provides management superior tools & resources in managing this aspect if implemented effectively.

What do you dislike about inviol?

No real issues at all.

The High, Medium & Low should be locked correctly.

Staff need to understand all risks need to be addressed to make headway in the culture of the business.

Tracking & reporting monthly can be used as WHS risk KPI's.

What problems is inviol solving and how is that benefiting you?

Highlighting our risks and providing us relevant opportunities to address these risks effectively, thus assisting us in reducing near misses & actual events.

Inviol provides us (management) eyes in the back of our heads to what really happens in the warehouse & logistics environment.

Some of the risk issues captured have led to us building business efficiencies to address the risks and eliminating them.

We do not pay for or show external videos of what safety is required, we show our own snippets, this has quite an effect on the workers as it is their failings to follow our rules on safety, our it was warehouse layout which needed to be addressed to fix the issue.
