What do you like best about Inventory Planner by Sage?

Inventory Planner integrates well with Shopify and gives us a clear view of what we need to reorder and when. For a multi-brand ecommerce operation like ours, having that centralised forecast in one place is genuinely useful. The product has developed over the years and the core functionality is solid. Setup took a little time to get right initially but once dialled in it runs smoothly. Would recommend for any ecommerce business managing multiple SKUs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Inventory Planner by Sage?

The initial setup and configuration took longer than expected to get right for our specific needs, and the interface can feel a little dated in places compared to some newer tools. That said, once it’s set up correctly it runs well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Inventory Planner by Sage solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main problem it solves for us is taking the guesswork out of stock replenishment. Before Inventory Planner, reordering was largely manual and based on gut feel, which led to both overstock and stockout situations. Now we have automated replenishment suggestions based on actual sales velocity and lead times, which has made our buying process significantly more efficient and reduced the amount of capital tied up in slow-moving stock.
