IP has been extremely helpful in PO management. The reporting features are clear and insightful, and the level of customization allows processes to be tailored easily to specific needs. What do you dislike about Inventory Planner by Sage? One downside is the inability to export reports with embedded images, as exports currently only include image URLs, which creates extra manual work when visual documentation is required. There is also no option to bulk IP tag products within transfer and PO orders. This makes it difficult to accurately track when a product has gone into a store and when it has been taken out, rather than only seeing the last received date, which may simply reflect a refill. Additionally, the inability to bulk add custom field notes limits efficiency when updating multiple products purchase orders at once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Inventory Planner by Sage solving and how is that benefiting you? Chan has been extremely supportive with all enquiries and has proactively passed on multiple feature requests. Currently, IP is investigating a glitch involving API interference when stock is received against a PO at the same time notes are saved, which in most cases has resulted in the received units being cancelled out and removed.
