What do you like best about Intuit Mailchimp Email Marketing?

Here are the best things about Mailchimp

1. Easy to use

2. Lots of features

3. They have a free plan (and it's a good one if you are a small business)

4. Integrations: There is a long list of integrations like Salesforce, Shopify, and WordPress(I have used it personally)

5. Superb Customer Support Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intuit Mailchimp Email Marketing?

And here are the terrible things

1. Pricing: The plans are expensive and can burn a hole in the pocket if you cross the free tier.

2. Some essential features such as A/B testing are only in the paid plans.
