It is easy to use and has excellent campaign creation features. Email personalisation is easy and campaign performance can be monitored in real time. While Mailchimp offers many advantages, setting up automated email campaigns is a bit of a hassle. Also, the user interface can be confusing and it can be difficult to locate certain functions.
