What do you like best about Intuit Mailchimp Email Marketing?

The ease to set up, the free version is amazing for starting companies or clubs that dont have budget. The paid version can be made as complicated as one wants. Because its a well known programm it integrates with lots of other software platforms.

What i really do like is that its easy to set up, and also the fact that you can design an email template with several custom merge tags that automatically fill in as you upload an excelfile with the contact information. That fact that it does that makes it compatible with almost any crm. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intuit Mailchimp Email Marketing?

signing up to a maillist via API doesnt do the email confirmation, which is a shame. It makes some lists very vunerable to bots submitting spam emailadresses.

Also the fact that its not possible to export a list of contacts that are bounced or cleaned, at least i havent been able to find them.

An improvement would be to make it easier to couple with certain crm systems without having the technical knowlegdge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Intuit Mailchimp Email Marketing solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Mailchimp for sending emails to lots of people, people that we know. because if you've never mailed them before, Mailchimp doesn't let you send them. Which is a good thing.

We're sending our company newsletter to our clients, the only downside is that we can't connect to our CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you had multiple 'lists', they’re now 'audiences'. If you’ve created more than one list in Mailchimp previously, they’re all still there. Under your 'Audience' tab (formerly 'Lists'), you’ll see a visualization of data from one of your lists (the one with the most contacts, to be exact), but you’ll find all your other lists—now audiences—in the dropdown. Please refer to the following link:
