What do you like best about Intuit Mailchimp Email Marketing?

MailChimp is by far the easiest to use, most powerful email platform out there. Designed for small-to-medium sized businesses at the outset, it does a really good job of scaling up to enterprise level with its pro features. It brought my company out of the dark ages of slow, on-premise email marketing that didn't integrate with any other systems, and allowed us to automate a good amount of our campaigns that we send regularly. What do you dislike about Intuit Mailchimp Email Marketing?

I wish the ecommerce integration was easier to set up for non-integrated platforms. There also is an opportunity for better, more granular control with user permissions - one of the hangups that I have is that you can't set user permissions on a per-list basis, which would be helpful when setting up access for business users in different departments, who only need access to specific lists. Recommendations to others considering Intuit Mailchimp Email Marketing:

If you're starting from nothing, it's a perfect platform due to its simplicity. If you're thinking about using the API to integrate with other databases you might run into some trouble. Best to stick with the out-of-the-box integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Intuit Mailchimp Email Marketing solving and how is that benefiting you?

Automating our email marketing to take work off of our hands while increasing ROI on our campaigns. We've seen a noticeable uptick in revenue generated from our emails, had greater visibility with the reporting and even collected some very useful feedback from customers that we wouldn't otherwise have seen.
