Professional-quality messages/e-newsletters, ease of use, linking capabilities to external platforms like YouTube, SignUp.com, Facebook, etc. I love having the ability to send messages to large groups instead of small batch requirements of many standard email services, ability to replicate and swap out pieces instead of rebuilding from scratch every time. I am able to get all of these functions with the FREE version! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Intuit Mailchimp Email Marketing? There's not much to dislike! Perhaps allowing a greater number of subscribers with the free version, there have been times where a YouTube video would not work in the player on Mailchimp, but I've found that eventually, it will work so there seems to be some glitching with the video player function. But, in the 4 years of using Mailchimp, this maybe happened 5 times, so it's really infrequent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Intuit Mailchimp Email Marketing solving and how is that benefiting you? When I discovered inability to send messages to large groups at one time using Outlook, I needed to find another way to reach larger groups with at one time, as sending message to repeatedly to groups of 10-15 was too time-consuming. Discovering ALL of the additional functions and capabilities of Mailchimp made it a program that I've implemented on a regular basis for the past 4 years. The appearance of our messages went from plain to exciting and professional. It is so nice having the ability to set up our messages to have our branded look and feel once, then roll that same template over and over using the Replicate function saves so much time, and offers consistency in our messaging. Viewing the analytics after our campaigns send is HUGE, we are able to track so much info about the impact of our messaging which has aided in knowing when to send, who is engaging the most, which interactive pieces are receiving the most engagement, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
