What do you like best about Intuit Mailchimp Email Marketing?

Whether you are a beginner or experienced email designer, Mail Chimp's email CMS is easy to use. They also have some really solid templates that user can easily customize to fit their brand and visual identity. In my experience, Mail Chimp also has a really strong reputation rating which means email deliverability is high and emails rarely hit spam folders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intuit Mailchimp Email Marketing?

Unfortunately they do not have 24/7 support - which can make things difficult if you are building or sending emails before or after business hours. The free plan also limits the number of recipients for your emails so if you think you'll have a high volume, it may be best to explore other options such as Constant Contact, Emma or iContact (but since it's free, you can give it a spin and if you end up maxing out your recipients, that's ok! If your business or organization needs a free email marketing solution, MailChimp is a great option! If you have the budget to pay for a platform with more bells and whistles, I'd suggest shopping around and checking out other software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Intuit Mailchimp Email Marketing solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use MailChimp for our internal email newsletter, external marketing campaigns and monthly resident communication. As the first ever marketing staff member who has to prove the value of each new software and vendor, the low barrier of entry made it easy to get my managers on board.
