What do you like best about Intuit Mailchimp All-in-One Marketing Platform?

Mailchimp is the best marketing automation platform. It helps me to create, send, and analyze email campaigns. I have been using Mailchimp for the last 3 years and I like the features such as easy interface, user-friendly dashboard, ab testing etc.

I got an insight into users who did not interested in emails and those who responded and converted. Thus helping us to map the customers who could be our potential customers or potential renewal partners. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intuit Mailchimp All-in-One Marketing Platform?

As i am using MailChimp since long time I have learnt many hidden features. However, sometimes formatting takes more time than usual. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would like to see more templates for email automation, should have some good templates for survey. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
