What do you like best about Intuit Mailchimp All-in-One Marketing Platform?

-Ability to segment lists based on a variety of criteria (job title, age, behavior, activity, etc.)

-Ability to integrate with our website and social media through the API codes is great and allows people to easily subscribe to our newsletter

-Templates are easy to use and are mobile friendly, which is great for our clients as more and more are viewing our emails on a phone or iPad

-Email reports are great and are easy to understand

-Support team is quick to respond and very helpful when you have a question or an issue Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intuit Mailchimp All-in-One Marketing Platform?

I wish MailChimp integrated better with our website so we could track website activity and correlate that with our lists (we could send emails to people based on activity tracked on our website). This could help with conversion and increase the engagement of our clients Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Intuit Mailchimp All-in-One Marketing Platform:

MailChimp is an intuitive product that is easy to navigate and understand. It provides great email templates that are responsive and can easily incorporate your brand guidelines. It allows you to send to segmented lists based on a variety of criteria. It also allows you to track the performance of your emails by providing the click rates, open rates, opt-out rates, and other criteria. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Intuit Mailchimp All-in-One Marketing Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were trying to email our clients in bulk, give them an option to opt-out of our emails, and represent our brand well through a well-designed email. MailChimp has served as a wonderful tool and has met our expectations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
