What do you like best about Intuit Enterprise Suite?

The flexibility of the system and intuitive nature of workflows. The drag and drop feature combined with AI makes storage of documentation efficient. The allocation feature that automatically populates intercompany transactions saves a lot of time. Any snags I have hit regarding how to accomplish something have been easily resolved using the help features and step by step instructions accessible via AI. What do you dislike about Intuit Enterprise Suite?

The amount of pop up confirmations and acknowledgements that are required when you add a workflow seems like overkill. I haven't yet been able to determine how to eliminate some of those to streamline the process. Additionally, the number of emails generated for different steps in the process is excessive and leads to a bunch of spam email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Intuit Enterprise Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

One of the specific issues we needed to solve was the ability to consolidate our entities more quickly and efficiently - a painstaking process in the desktop version of QB. We haven't perfected the process of consolidation in IES yet because we are still cleaning up differences in our account structure across subsidiaries but it has been a marked improvement over where we were.
