What do you like best about Introw?

My company had already completed its due diligence and selected Introw as our PRM before I joined. My role was to implement Introw within our existing processes and then launch it to our partners.

The implementation couldn’t have been easier. The system is intuitive, and it has an API that connects directly to Hubspot, which is our core business CRM.

The Introw team is always quick to respond whenever I need guidance, and they’re equally receptive to suggestions around improvements, efficiency, and overall usability.

As we are in the early stages of launch we have not utilised all features such as AI but are looking forward to doing so in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Introw?

Some of the visual aspects and formatting options within each experience can be a little flat and single layered but the Introw team are always happy to take suggestions for improvement or provide guidance for working in an alternative way.

I agree with another review that creating a specific size for thumbnails is a little annoying but nothing that cannot be worked around. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Introw solving and how is that benefiting you?

For our partners, Introw offers an easy-to-navigate platform that enables seamless interaction and collaboration.

From our perspective, the out-of-the-box integrations, AI assistance, and built-in support pages are fantastic. It’s especially helpful that we can view everything at the partner level within a single platform, which makes it much easier to stay aligned and manage collaboration in one place.
