What do you like best about Introw?

Very easy to implement and administer.

Clean and intuitive user experience.

Covers the core PRM functionality needed for partner management.

Flexible portal customisation for different partner journeys.

Built-in AI search across all documents and assets.

What do you dislike about Introw?

The product still has a few rough edges. Some navigation features, such as linking directly to sections within a page, would improve usability, and the page hierarchy is currently quite flat. There are also a few limitations in areas like journey building, but none have been blockers for us. Given how quickly the team releases improvements, we're confident these areas will continue to mature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Introw solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Introw, our partner resources and processes were spread across multiple tools, making it difficult to keep content organised and provide a consistent partner experience. Introw has brought everything into a single platform, making it easier to manage partner onboarding, enablement, sales assets, and ongoing communication. It has reduced administration, improved the partner experience, and given us a much more scalable way to support our growing partner network.
