The platform benefits our team by automating resume screening, conducting AI-powered interviews, generating structured candidate evaluations, and cutting down the time spent on repetitive hiring tasks. It also helps us scale hiring efficiently with built-in proctoring and anti-cheating detection, while still maintaining a smooth candidate experience.
