I used InterviewCandy for hiring at Druid Learning. The interview feels like talking to a person. It’s a dynamic conversation: the interviewer picks up what you just said and asks a follow-up on the spot, instead of marching through a fixed question list. Those follow-ups are what make the first round feel like a live phone screen rather than a one-way recording. Afterward I still use the transcript and scorecard. I’d want tighter ATS sync (invite + write-back of outcome without copy-paste) and a clearer default on when integrity monitoring is on, so recruiters don’t have to hunt for that setting per job. I am sure this is being built by the team currently Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
