The best feature from Intersystems IRIS for Health is Interoperability. Connecting systems using adapters, business services, and business operations may not be straightforward, but it is powerful and provides great tools for integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some interfaces are not very intuitive to use, especially those inherited from Caché. Newer interfaces, such as those from FHIR Server screens are much more visually appealing and provide a better user experience.
