Importing workflows into multi-tenant installations is cumbersome. Log presentation and analysis is time-consuming and sometimes ambiguous. Minor errors or inconsistencies in the graphical interface, e.g., handling workflow screens and library objects, require re-logging in when changing tenants. In multi-tenant installations, there's no way to quickly identify which workflows are working correctly. System administrators, apart from checking System Monitor and System Logs, have no information about the status of individual tenants. In a distributed environment with many tenants and remote clients, tracking work is problematic – remote client logs are only available locally (using the OpenTelemetry standard in all system/tenant/remote logs would simplify administrators' work).
