I like the intuitive handling of InterformNG2 and the full, comprehensive support for various input and output formats. A real plus is the quick and comprehensive support in case of problems. Designing a form is possible with almost no training effort, and the workflows can be intuitively designed. The ability to retrieve documents from a DMS system and generate new outputs, as well as convert IBM i spools into PDFs and send them directly via email or to a printer, I find particularly useful. The initial setup was seamless and intuitive, and if questions arise, the manufacturer is always there to help with advice and assistance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
